Seido Evacuated Tube Hot Water Collector
Sunda Seido Evacuated Tube collectors provide a highly efficient way to generate energy.
The energy is used to heat solar domestic hot water (SDHW) and for space heating when linked to a radiant floor heating system.
Using heat pipe technolgy, the fluid in the collector fin tubes turns to steam and rises to the top of the tubes.
It then transfers that heat to a water/glycol (non-toxic food based anti-freeze) in the manifold.
These collectors are very efficient, especially in this northern climate where in the winter, traditional flat plate collectors lose efficiency due to lower ambient temperatures.
We use Sunda Seido evacuated tubes in many of our Solar Hot Water systems.
